Relitor Treatment System
Relitor Treatment System (RTS™) is a process for pre-treatment of flat sheet metal for e.g., painting and corrosion protection, and protective treatment prior to transport and storage.
RTS™ is very easy to use and maintain. The clever design has been developed in close collaboration with our clients. Relitor also has longstanding experience of production lines for treating flat sheet, which explains why the system is so easy to use and maintain. It is also possible to perform maintenance without costly downtime, for example, to shift applicator rollers.
RTS™ is a closed process and is therefore easier on the environment. No chemicals reach the drains. In one project, residual products for the whole process were reduced from 3,000 l/hr to 60 l/hr, of which chromium discharge was practically zero. RTS™ also works with non-chromium based chemicals. Environmentally friendly, today and tomorrow.
A good investment
The pay-off time for RTS™ is short. The process requires much smaller quantities of chemicals, less maintenance and lower energy consumption, all of which results in better total economy.
